Vrindavan : Grey NotebooksVrindavan is a small town in Uttar Pradesh, about two and a half hours from New Delhi. According to Hindu mythological tales, Vrindavan is the hometown of Radha Rani, the one true love of Lord Krishna. The Bhagvat Gita also mentions this is where Lord Krishna spent his childhood and adolescence. Since the early 19th century, it’s been home to thousands of women who have lost their husbands, as a sanctuary, where they would find peace and liberation. The project seeks to find the true Vrindavan through the lives of women there, how they interpret loss, love, devotion and sexuality. Moving though conversations, the project dives deep into core human emotions, emerging in the real Vrindavan, a place deep inside all of us. Note : The Vrindavan project needs your support. I’m currently raising money for the project to move ahead and you can help.
